Grapes are destemmed, gentily pressed qualified and carried on to tanks. These stainless stell tanks are endowed by a cooling-pocket that tracks must temperature. Controlled fermentation allows to obtain high quality production without any alteration risk that will be unsuccessful reflected on the organoleptics characteristic of the product.

Organoleptic characteristes

A red coloured, it i san austere wine, with a wide range of shent, red berry-fruits and spiced are Negroamaro typical marks. To these scent are joined those yelded to barriques roasted wood. A full-bodies intensely red coloured wine, with a strongly bouquet aroma.

Gastronomics coupling

It goes well with mature hams and cheese and grilled meat.
