PRICES
IONIS VINI s.r.l. reserves the right to change product prices at any time, including multiple times within the same day. It is understood that the price charged to the user will be the price indicated in the order summary.
Product prices for Italy and EU countries include 22% VAT and, where applicable, the WEEE (RAEE) contribution.
For purchases from France, the purchase price includes VAT (TVA) calculated at 22%.
For purchases from Germany, the purchase price includes VAT (MwSt.) calculated at 22%.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery method and destination. These costs will be clearly indicated—inclusive of VAT (for Italy and EU countries only)—during the checkout process, before the user becomes bound by the contract.
EU Countries
Prices shown for EU countries are in euros and include VAT.
Non-EU Countries
Prices shown for non-EU countries exclude VAT.
If customs duties apply to non-EU shipments, these will be charged to the customer as additional costs by the courier upon delivery of the package.
Note: Orders invoiced to non-EU countries must be shipped to the requesting country. It is not possible to ship VAT-exempt goods to Italy or Europe while invoicing a non-EU country.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND INSURANCE
IONIS VINI s.r.l. ships to all countries listed in the Shipping section using national and international couriers—such as DHL, GLS, SDA, Poste, TNT, and Economy services—depending on current availability, in order to deliver goods as quickly as possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Deliveries within Italy are made via express courier within 48–72 hours, except for "remote areas," which are served within 3–5 business days.
International deliveries are made via road transport (Standard): Delivery within 4–7 business days.
During checkout, the customer may choose the courier for their order based on available services for the destination location.
For particularly bulky or heavy shipments, and to maintain high service standards and prevent damage to goods, IONIS VINI s.r.l. reserves the right to ship items on pallets and, where necessary, charge an additional shipping fee.
In such cases, shipping may be entrusted to a third-party courier; the customer will be notified via email by IONIS VINI s.r.l. customer support regarding the change of courier, delivery timelines, and updated tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and location.
Goods will be delivered to the destination address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. The customer will receive an email indicating the order status as "Shipped," along with a tracking number to monitor the package in real time.
The delivery address cannot be changed prior to shipment; it must match the address entered during the ordering process and, consequently, the address automatically registered with the payment provider.
Any external packaging damage caused during transport must be immediately reported and disputed with the courier by noting a "reservation of inspection" (*riserva di controllo*) on the delivery receipt. Additionally, the customer must contact IONIS VINI s.r.l. customer support via the "Contact" page within a maximum of 8 calendar days of receiving the product, providing photos/videos of the packaging and the goods inside, as well as a clear photo/video of the damage.
Any claims regarding damage not visible at the time of delivery (hidden damage) must be reported within a maximum of 8 calendar days of receiving the product. Claims received after this deadline will not be considered.
During periods such as Christmas, New Year's, or other times known for high shipping volumes, shipments may experience minor, unforeseen delays; IONIS VINI s.r.l. shall not be held liable for such delays, as they are beyond its control.
In any event, IONIS VINI s.r.l. is not liable for any damage or loss occurring during transport.
WARRANTY AND LACK OF CONFORMITY
IONIS VINI s.r.l. is liable to the consumer Customer (a natural person acting for purposes outside their business or professional activity) for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods (Articles 128-135 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005). The statutory warranty for the consumer covers lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within two years of said delivery. Notice of the lack of conformity must be given—under penalty of forfeiture of the right—within two months of the date the consumer discovered the defect. Any legal action against the seller is time-barred twenty-four months after the delivery of the goods.
This warranty period is reduced to one year for purchases made by self-employed professionals, companies, or any type of business or professional entity holding a VAT number, including condominium associations holding a tax code.
A lack of conformity is deemed established if a product fails to meet the performance promises made by the seller. Conversely, a lack of conformity does not exist if the product malfunction results from damage caused by the customer or from incorrect installation by the customer.
The warranty does not apply in cases of negligence or carelessness regarding the product's use and maintenance, or if the product is connected to electrical or other systems that do not comply with regulations. Liability for the total or partial loss of or damage to the goods—due to causes not attributable to the seller—passes to the consumer only when the consumer (or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to have the product restored to conformity free of charge, bearing only the cost of shipping the product to the IONIS VINI s.r.l. warehouses, the details of which will be provided via email. Restoration will be achieved through repair or replacement. Should neither of these solutions be possible, the contract will be terminated in accordance with the provisions of Art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
The steps for reporting a lack of conformity or a warranty claim are as follows:
Within 60 days of discovering the defect—and in any case no later than twelve or twenty-four months after receipt of the goods—the Customer must contact IONIS VINI s.r.l. via email (using the "Contact Us" page) to submit a warranty claim. This communication must include a detailed description of the lack of conformity, along with photos and videos documenting the product's condition and installation. For products requiring installation, the installer's invoice and installation report are required.
Once it is confirmed that the conditions for a return due to lack of conformity are met, the customer must ship the package containing the item in question, following the instructions provided during the warranty claim process.
The customer must carefully pack the product in its original packaging (including internal protective materials)—taking care not to damage the packaging with adhesive labels or other items—and include all original accessories and contents. The product must be shipped to our warehouse at the customer's expense, in accordance with the instructions provided during the warranty process.
Depending on the specific circumstances, the type of defect, and the product itself, IONIS VINI s.r.l. will arrange for either a replacement or a repair. Timeframes for repair or replacement vary by product: replacements typically take 1–3 business days, while repairs handled by service centers take a minimum of 30 business days.
If neither of the above solutions is possible, a refund will be issued either via a voucher for use on our website or by crediting the original payment method used.
