CREDIT CARD
When making a purchase, customers choosing to pay by credit card are redirected directly to the bank's website, where they enter their credit card details on the platform provided by Banca Sella, WorldPay, Stripe, Scalapay, Setefi, or Nexi, depending on the chosen payment network.

IONIS VINI s.r.l. Customer Service representatives are not authorized to request or accept credit card numbers or card validity details under any circumstances. To ensure greater security for e-commerce purchases, IONIS VINI s.r.l. recommends that customers sign up for "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard SecureCode" services, obtaining a security PIN to make purchases safely.

Credit Card Charges
If sufficient funds are available and the provided banking details are valid, the transaction is processed instantly.
The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase—even for pre-orders—although the items will be shipped later in the season.
BANK TRANSFER
When choosing payment via Bank Transfer, the customer automatically receives a confirmation email upon completing the order; this email contains IONIS VINI s.r.l.'s banking details. The merchandise is then set aside pending receipt of the transfer in our account.
The customer is required to send proof of payment via fax or email within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.
If IONIS VINI s.r.l. does not receive proof of payment within this timeframe, the merchandise will be released back into inventory and the order cancelled.
We will ship the order once the transfer has reached our bank account and the merchandise is available in our warehouse.

PAYPAL
By choosing PayPal, the customer can pay directly using their PayPal account. IONIS VINI s.r.l. reserves the right to ship merchandise only to the address associated with the PayPal-verified account; this measure is taken to prevent potential disputes.
