On the nose: it is complex and with a well-pronounced bouquet. The bouquet opens with sweet hints of vanilla, wrapped in the characteristic smells of fruit, plum and cherry jam.
On the palate: it is very structured, powerful but very balanced despite its high alcohol content. With excellent persistence.
Food pairings: it accompanies pasta with meat sauce, roast meats, game and aged cheeses.
