Ninì- Susumaniello


Susumaniello is an ancient native Apulian grape variety with a strange name. The name  derives from the fact that in the first years of life this vine has a high production of grapes, such as to seem as charged as a donkey.

Features

Colour: intense red.

On the nose: it releases a wide range of aromas, red-berried fruits and spicy notes.

On the palate: it is full-bodied and very persistent.

Food pairings: it goes well with cheeses, cured meats and grilled meats and first courses with sauce.

Serving temperature: 18-20° C
