Cultivation system: espalier and guyot
Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed, delicately pressed, conditioned and conveyed into the fermenters. These stainless steel tanks are equipped with a refrigeration pocket that lets you monitor the wort’s temperature. Controlled fermentation lets you obtain high-quality products without the risk of alterations that would negatively affect the organoleptic characteristics of the product.
Colour: intense red with violet hues.
On the nose: it is an elegant wine with ample aromas of blackberry fruit.
On the palate: it has great structure.
Food pairings: it goes well with cheeses, cured meats and grilled meats and first courses with sauce.
ABV: 13.5%
Serving temperature: 18-20° C

Ho provato quasi tutti i vini Ionis e devo dire che è il mio preferito. Un sapore intenso,per nulla pesante,in una parola sola perfetto. Non sono un critico ma cerco di trasmettere come posso quanto è buono. Non mi stuferò mai

Ho assaggiato molti vini delle cantine Ionis ma questo rimane in assoluto tra i miei preferiti, è un vino davvero eccezionale. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Bravi
